Please come up with two songs for the wedding video so we can match them or if we can use them that are free of copyright. We recommend one that's romantic, more intimate( Example: Canon D, Song from the movie Up (2009) - "Married Life" Opening Scene) for the ceremony, and one thats more high energy, that gives party vibes. Complete all required forms – Ensuring all paperwork is finalized allows us to move forward efficiently.
Share your experience – If you have a moment, we’d love for you to leave a review about your experience with us on the day of your event. Your feedback is invaluable!
Select your favorite photos – If you purchased a printed album package, please send us your top 50-100 favorite images. Once we receive your selections, the album will take approximately 3-4 months for processing, editing, and delivery.

Their iPhone was to take a screenshot of the files instead of actually downloading the whole files. It ends up losing a lot of quality when it's done in that method. We suggest downloading google drive, or Dropbox on your phone, laptop or iPad and downloading the whole files on the device and the quality will remain the best 😊
